افتح الملف في Bambu Studio أو Cura أو PrusaSlicer واعمل Slice. وزن الخامة بالجرام بيظهر في ملخص الطباعة، جنب طول الخامة.Open the file in Bambu Studio, Cura or PrusaSlicer and slice it. The filament weight in grams shows in the print summary, next to the filament length.

الوزن بيتغير مع نسبة الحشو (infill). رقم تقريبي كفاية، وإحنا بنراجعه.The weight changes with infill. A rough number is enough. We check it again.

قبل ما تبعت الملفBefore you send the file

شوية حاجات بتخلّي الطباعة تنجح من أول مرة.A few things that help a print work the first time.

  • TIP FORMAT

    ابعت STL أو 3MFSend STL or 3MF

    دول أنسب صيغ للطباعة. OBJ و STEP ينفعوا برضه.These print best. OBJ and STEP work too.

  • TIP UNITS

    صمّم بالمليمترModel in millimetres

    لو صدّرت بالسنتي أو البوصة، المقاس هيطلع غلط. اكتبلنا المقاس الحقيقي في الملاحظات.Export in centimetres or inches and the size comes out wrong. Add the real size in your notes.

  • TIP WALLS

    الجدار 1.2 مم أو أتخنWalls 1.2 mm or thicker

    الجدار الأرفع من كده بيطلع ضعيف، أو مابيطبعش خالص.Thinner walls print weak, or not at all.

  • TIP OVERHANGS

    الميل بعد 45° محتاج دعاماتPast 45°, it needs supports

    الأجزاء المعلّقة بتتطبع على دعامات، والدعامات بتسيب أثر خفيف مكانها.Overhanging parts print on supports, and supports leave light marks.

  • TIP MESH

    الموديل يكون مقفولKeep the mesh closed

    من غير فتحات ولا أسطح مقلوبة. مش متأكد؟ إحنا بنشيّك.No holes and no flipped faces. Not sure? We check it.

  • TIP SCALE

    صغّرت الماكيت؟ شيّك الرفيعScaled it down? Check thin parts

    في مقياس 1:100، عمود 10 سم بيبقى 1 مم. الحاجات الرفيعة ممكن تختفي.At 1:100, a 10 cm column becomes 1 mm. Thin parts can disappear.

دي نصايح عامة لطباعة FDM، مش ضمان. وإحنا بنراجع كل ملف قبل ما نطبعه.These are general FDM tips, not guarantees. We check every file before we print it.

اللي بنصلّحهWhat we fix

بنصلّح اللي ممكن يبوظWe fix what would fail

قبل ما نطبع، بنشيّك الملف. لو في حاجة هتبوظ في الطباعة، بنقولك ونصلّحها. التصميم نفسه بيفضل بتاعك.Before we print, we check the file. If something would fail in print, we tell you and fix it. The design stays yours.

جدار رفيع؟ بنتخّنهThin wall? We thicken it.

الجدار الأرفع من اللازم بيتكسر أو مابيطبعش. بنزوّد سُمكه من جوه، والشكل من بره زي ما هو.A wall that’s too thin breaks or doesn’t print. We add thickness on the inside and keep the outside the same.

جزء طاير؟ بنوصّلهFloating part? We join it.

أي جزء مش لامس باقي الموديل هيقع وقت الطباعة. بنوصّله بالموديل.A part that doesn’t touch the rest of the model falls during the print. We connect it.

زاوية حادة؟ بنضيف تدويرSharp corner? We add a fillet.

الزوايا الداخلية الحادة بتشرخ لما عليها حمل. تدوير صغير بيقوّيها.Sharp inside corners crack under load. A small fillet makes them stronger.

مقاس غلط؟ بنظبطهWrong scale? We correct it.

ملف اتصدّر بالسنتي بيطلع أصغر 10 مرات. بنقيسه ونرجّعه لمقاسه.A file exported in centimetres comes out 10 times smaller. We measure it and set the right size.

أي تعديل بنقولك عليه الأول على واتساب.We tell you about every change on WhatsApp first.

كاش عند الاستلام في القاهرة والجيزة. الطباعات الكبيرة محتاجة عربون، بانستاباي أو فودافون كاش.Cash on delivery in Cairo and Giza. Large prints need a deposit, by InstaPay or Vodafone Cash.

هتخلص إمتى؟How fast can you print it?

على حسب حجم القطعة والشغل اللي عندنا. بنأكدلك الميعاد على واتساب قبل ما نبدأ.It depends on the size and how busy we are. We confirm the date on WhatsApp before we start.

ولو مستعجل، في خيار مستعجل بسعر إضافي.In a hurry? There’s a rush option at extra cost.

ممكن تصلّحولي الملف؟Can you fix my file?

أيوه، لو المشكلة هتأثر على الطباعة: جدار رفيع، جزء طاير، مقاس غلط، أو موديل مش مقفول. أي تعديل بنقولك عليه الأول.Yes, when the problem would affect the print: a thin wall, a floating part, the wrong scale or an open mesh. We tell you about every change first.
